Short answer Yes
Moonshot EHR runs multiple locations under one clinic with a location picker on the calendar, per-location booking and reporting, and pricing per location. Groups that run several separately owned clinics use the Enterprise plan with a network view that aggregates across the clinics they are authorized to see.
How it works in Moonshot
- Locations are set up by Moonshot during onboarding; the clinic edits directions and sees each location on the calendar, booking links and reports.
- Each location is a line on the platform subscription, so adding a second site is a pricing change, not a new contract.
- A network parent (a management company or partner) sees aggregate numbers across authorized clinics without opening individual charts.
Limits, stated plainly
- Each legally separate clinic is its own tenant with its own data. Moonshot does not model an MSO-to-PLLC entity structure or split revenue between entities.
- Centralized multi-location management (shared templates and roles across separate clinics) is Enterprise only.
- Locations cannot yet be created or renamed by the clinic; Moonshot does that on request.

Is multi-location extra?
