Pricing is $650 per month or $6,500 billed annually per location, with no Moonshot platform transaction fee. Payment-processor charges are separate.
A prescriber is anyone with an active NPI who signs chart notes, writes prescriptions, or orders labs. Everyone else -- front desk, medical assistants, billing coordinators, managers -- is a staff user. Staff users are unlimited on every plan.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your admin settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. No penalties, no phone calls required.
