Moonshot builds most of the clinic in: texting, fax, telehealth, the AI receptionist and website chat. Where a clinic needs an outside system, these are the connections that are live, with the limits stated on each linked page.
Prescribe from the chart, including controlled substances in Schedules II through V. Each prescriber enrolls with identity proofing, and a PDMP attestation sits in front of every controlled script, with the state program linked from the prescribe panel.
Electronic orders from a chart wizard, Patient Service Center holds and patient self-scheduling of draws. Certification testing with Quest is complete. Moonshot switches Quest ordering on per clinic as each clinic's Quest account is set up.
Upload a report from Labcorp, Cleveland HeartLab, Vibrant America, Vitae, Boston Heart, Genova, Access Medical Labs, Precision Analytical (DUTCH), Doctor's Data, SpectraCell or any other lab, and the values, ranges and flags load onto the order.
Completed scans sync from a Hologic workstation into the client's record, matched by name and date of birth, with branded reports that can send automatically.
A balanced, cash-basis daily journal as a CSV in the layout QuickBooks Online imports, with account mapping the clinic controls. An export, not a live sync.
