Short answer Yes
Moonshot EHR sells bundles of visits, injections or sessions as prepaid packages, deducts them as visits are completed, and shows patients how many sessions remain in the portal. Bundles sell in the cart on cash and on the TRX rail, can be activated manually for clinics that collect payment elsewhere, and can sit inside a membership as included items.
How it works in Moonshot
- Build a bundle in the catalog with its components and price; sell it from the cart like any other item.
- Deductions are chosen in the visit note and applied at signing, so the package is spent against a real completed visit.
- A completed visit can also spend a prepaid pack for codes the patient's membership does not cover.
- The portal shows remaining sessions; staff see the same count on the profile.
Limits, stated plainly
- Bundle checkout in the cart runs on cash and TRX; on Stripe, bundles are handled through the Stripe rail's own flow.
- Clinics that take payment outside Moonshot can activate a bundle manually, but the payment itself is recorded as outside tender.

Questions people ask next
Can a package expire?
Packages carry their terms in the catalog; expiry and refund policy are the clinic's to set and are shown to the patient at sale.
Can two different services share one bundle?
Yes. A bundle lists its components, and each deduction names which component was used.
Does a membership include bundle sessions?
A membership can carry included items per period, and a prepaid pack can cover what the membership does not.
